House Painting

We finally got the exterior of our house painted a couple weekends ago.  Between rain showers and thunderstorms we were able to get it done. 

Here is what it looked like before.  It was kind of a creamy yellow.  Not the prettiest color, but it was okay.

We tried a few different colors, thinking we wanted to go darker (you can see them by the front door) but in the end, we decided to go a light gray.

Ed and Bill worked so hard all weekend.  It was such a hot and muggy weekend that I give them all the credit for getting this huge job done!

And here it is finished.  We still need to replace and repair some trim, but the painting of the main part of the house and garage is done!  It is still a very light color, but it looks good with the dark green trim.
