We had a house full of family and friends on Saturday to celebrate his special day. It was great to have everyone over and even though having close to 35 people at our house makes it a little hectic, I loved every minute of it!
We had a great spread of food that included hamburgers, brats, hot dogs, pasta salad, fruit salad and broccoli salad. As of writing this post, all the leftovers are gone too, so we planned pretty good for the quantity of people that were fed!
Eddie received some great presents. I was at a loss for what to get him as he really didn't NEED anything. Plus, his absolute favorite toy is the dishwasher, so what do you get a boy who puts down his toys to play with the dishes??? He received some clothes, balls, educational toys, a ride on cart, and many other things including some money to put into his savings account. Never too early to start saving for a rainy day!
Thank you to all who came to share in the joy of our little man's birthday!
Eddie loved the pinwheel. Sometimes simple is really good!
Auntie Leann got him some clothes and two hats. He hates hats, but looks so cute in them!
I made him his own little cake to dig into. Marble cake with cream cheese frosting & sprinkles.
Libby wanted in on the action. She is actually giving him a kiss (aaawwww)!
Tasting his cake!
He likes it, he likes it!
