Menu Plan Monday: February 11, 2013*

Simplicity is key for our meals.  William is leaving on Friday to go out west snowmobiling for an entire week and I want to make sure I can get as much done at home before he leaves.  So simplicity in our meals this week (and next week) are necessary.

This week we are planning on having:

Breakfasts
  • Eggs on homemade bread, Fresh Fruit Juice
  • Oatmeal, Orange Juice
  • Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal (made on Sunday), Fresh Fruit, Milk
  • Plain Yogurt with Granola, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetable Juice

Lunches
  • Leftovers
  • Green Salads

Snacks
  • Oatmeal
  • Green Smoothies (Mixed Fruit, Spinach, Chia Seeds, Coconut Oil)
  • Cheese, Almonds, Carrot Sticks
  • Fresh Fruit/Vegetable Juice

Dinners
  • Leftovers or Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches, Fresh Fruit
  • Homemade Hearty Chicken Soup with Vegetables (made on Sunday), Drop Biscuits
  • Tacos and Fixings (meat is already prepared and in the freezer)
  • Waffles/Pancakes (made on Sunday and froze) and Bacon, Fresh Fruit
  • Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese, Pickles, Green Smoothies (didn't get to this last week)
  • Homemade Pizza
