Soccer Ball

Libby has been loving playing "soccer ball" for the past few days.  She runs around with boundless energy and kicks her red foam ball as far as she possibly can.  It is so fun to watch her play.  The endless giggles she produces are a great source of entertainment as well.  Even in only a couple days, her skills have improved immensely.  It is amazing how fast children learn.

I'm pretty sure we have a future athlete on our hands!  She was having so much fun last night playing that she didn't want to come inside to bathe (it was already past her bedtime).  Daddy finally had to entice her indoors with the promise of ice cream.  The night before when she was out playing, she wasn't wearing any shoes and Daddy was mowing the grass and the bottoms of her feet turned green and had so much grass stuck to them that by the time she got to the bathtub, it looked like she was in a dingy pond with all the grass floating around!  

I can't believe my little girl is growing up so fast!  This is a great age and I am enjoying the challenges along with the achievements.  She is such a good kid and we are so blessed to have her in our family!!!
